SUBMITTING A REQUEST

If the request is for an estimate, the request only becomes binding upon approval from client, in writing, of the estimate. If the “Book a Photo Shoot” box is checked and a date selected, the request becomes an approved order to perform the work indicated in the request and may be cancelled without cancellation fee no later than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made withing 48 hours of the shoot will incur a $90 cancellation fee. Shoots that are cancelled while on location will be treated as if the work was completed and billed for the entire shoot.

ESTIMATE ONLY
No photo shoot will be performed until an estimate is approved in writing by email to sean@seanrowland.com. Estimation may require an on-site visit. Estimates that require an on-site visit will incur a $60 fee if no work is approved. Estimate fees are waived when work is approved and completed.

PHOTO SHOOT REQUEST
Photo shoot requests will be completed starting with – and ideally entirely within – the date agreed upon. Extensive shoots may require multiple visits which may incur additional on-site fees. You will be notified in advance of billing of any changes in the total cost of the shoot.

SAME-DAY PHOTO SHOOTS
Note that same-day photo shoots will include an additional $90 same-day fee. Regularly scheduled photo shoots may also begin the same day in some rare cases, but only by indicating a shoot as a same-day shoot will it ensure the photo shoot begins the same day.
